For over 17 years Janine Watson has practiced commercial real estate in the San Francisco Bay Area, specializing in leasing and building sales. Her career began at Grubb & Ellis Commercial Brokerage in the suburbs of Contra Costa and Oakland, but her passion is the diverse, urban market of San Francisco. After the 1989 earthquake, she joined the downtown office of Cushman & Wakefield. In 2000, she was appointed Director at Pacific Union Commercial Brokerage in San Francisco, where she is a broker representing clients leasing, buying, and selling buildings.
Janine has established and maintained a reputation for integrity and results, representing such clients as Westinghouse, Muscular Dystrophy Association, Jacobs Engineering, Contra Costa Times, Brandon College and AtomShockwave Corp. Her skills and experience are extensive, ranging from building and land sales, joint ventures, and build-to-suits to lease originations and renewals, buyouts, and sublease assignments. Janine has completed transactions in all sectors — office, industrial, retail, flex, and medical — but today concentrates on office requirements. While she is well-versed in representing property owners and their interests, Janine specializes in delivering real estate solutions which enhance her clients' real estate positions.
